Tara joined Abberley Preschool as an Early Years Apprentice in 2019, progressing from Practitioner and SENCo to Deputy Manager before becoming Setting Manager. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and is a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), with additional qualifications in Paediatric First Aid, Universal Safeguarding and Operation Encompass. Tara is also our Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator (PANCO). As a mum of two, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Hannah joined us at Abberley Preschool in December 2024, bringing a wealth of nursery experience to her role. Holding a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education, Hannah is also trained in Paediatric First Aid and Universal Safeguarding. As a mum of three, Hannah understands the importance of creating a warm, supportive environment for children to develop their independence. She enjoys many aspects of her work here, from supporting learning through play to building strong relationships with the children and their families.

Sarah joined Abberley Preschool in 2023, bringing a strong background in social care and a passion for supporting children’s development. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and is trained as a DDSL, SENCO, and in Paediatric First Aid, Universal Safeguarding and Operation Encompass. As a mum and stepmum, Sarah loves building strong relationships with the children and hearing all about their family, friends and adventures. She is passionate about helping every child grow in confidence and celebrating their achievements, big and small.
